Scrambled Hard Boiled Eggs

Why??? looks yucky to me but I like regular boiled egg. and I don't give the entire yolk to my quail as the protein is in the whites anyway. But it looks like a fun party trick.

I love scrambled hard boiled eggs. Much tastier.

I have, they're tasty. Can be difficult to peel. Hold the egg over a flashlight to check if they are scrambled.

I'll have to try it. I was thinking parlor trick too, but maybe I'll dig the taste.
