Scrapes Above Spurs

Anyone ever notice injuries above their rooster’s spurs? Mine has it above both spurs and cannot figure out what might have happened? He had it last summer too. It’s about the size of a dime-nickel. Almost looks like a blood blister under his scales, but one is bleeding a little. I put gauze and antibiotic ointment on them and wrapped it in that stretchy sports tape stuff. Any thoughts of what that would be?

No reason, just that I don’t have one lol! I didn’t have my phone with me while I was fixing him up

It would help to see a photo of these legs. What you think may be injuries could be something else entirely, requiring a treatment other than what you might do for an injury.
