Scratch Block for Chicks?

I did a search, but didn't find anything, so I apologize if this topic has been covered previously.

I found this at Fleet Farm and decided to grab it either for now or later. But, before I put it out for the chicks I figured I'd better ask folks here if they thought it would be ok. My chicks are about 2 months old, and I have plenty of grit out for them. Thanks for your thoughts.

I'd say its perfectly fine, since they have grit available and considering their age.

@CTKen - thank you for the reply. I have read a lot of pros and cons, both on BYC and in books/magazines, about feeding chicks scratch so I thought I'd better check. I appreciate your quick response. I'll give it to them today.
