Are scratch grains okay to feed ducks?

Yes, as a treat in moderation. A handful or so a day is fine.
Just make sure they have an appropriate complete nutrition feed as their main ration.

I mix Duck finisher at 50% with 25% scratch grain and 25% Oat and Barley Crumble.
Does your scratch look anything like this?..This is what I use..
