Yes the buttons are there but don't always work, did this time.

Rob, re: scrolling issue - you wanted version of chrome browser, I found that. But couldn't get back to where you had asked me. Duh!

Found this Chrome updated to version: 59.0.3071.86- no change still leeching into other areas, like just responding to any thread (no scrolling needed but, still goes UP and Down.) I think it needs an exorcism

I'm definitely having issues with scrolling in the iPhone app.
But not so much on my desktop.
