Well I hawk has been preying upon my flock the last month. That's why I haven't been on here as much. Its been pretty stressful. It got the rest of Rose's chicks, my backup golden Sebright cockerel, and on Saturday....It came back for Ruskin! The Golden Sebright I've been breeding with!
I walked out one morning and I saw a hawk sitting on one of the posts...eating him! It'd just started! Its so awful! So I wasn't sure what to do right away....the last few days I've been trying to find one. There were no local ones so I looked into getting one shipped. I almost got scammed. But I'm getting from a known breeder now. He's coming on Monday, so as you can guess I'm pretty excited! He will be show quality so that's good! Ruskin wasn't but he was very sweet! Its gonna cost me $150 though.....which I was hoping I could find one for a little cheaper but its a investment I guess. I also have show quality serama hatching eggs coming on Monday!

Well the good news in my flock is.....
28 out of 32 eggs hatched!
My Serama hatching eggs got here yesterday. 20 of them! So I put them in the incubator along with some eggs from my flock.
My show quality Sebright pair will be arriving tomorrow Lord willing!
