I just want to say

Knox, we are trying to buy the house we have rented for over a year...so jumping through some lender hoops, the seller is not doing jack....long story but now that the pillars are done I looked today and it makes my front door look like crap so after the garage is done tomorrow I will have to paint the doorway. hahahahaha

The Dellie egg under Nugget is pipped! We moved her and the egg to a dog kennel on the floor in the front storage area in that coop and it's dark so she will have to stay where she's put. Even though we put up a barrier so the baby wouldn't fall out if it was hatched overnight, I still wasn't thrilled with it being up in the nest like that. Now, it can hatch in safety. It was cheeping, too!

Had a rough day yesterday. Lost Stew #2, one of my all time favorite chickens.

That means I've lost my 2 favorite chickens ever....within a couple months. This year has sucked!

The bright spot yesterday was my young bantam cochin cockerels....they have lost the attitude and are quite sweet now. They are also looking fantastic. Can't wait to show them next year.

There are 4 of them, but this is my favorite boy.

He had a blade of grass stuck in his throat. Goofy bird.

Good Morning SDWD. Another budy day ahead. Columns are done and this moning a run to the hated TSC, Lowe's, then paint garage, clean and prep doorway entrance and paint it because the nice freshly paint pillars make the door look like crap. So it is another day of zoooooom and work. Have a great day all and I will check it later.
