Speaking of Miss Cheyenne....She got the baby Orloffs out today for their one week old photoshoot. They are hanging in there and even in the brooder hob knobin with the Olive Eggers who are over 2 weeks old. They petrified the OEs at first and the OEs were screaming like little girls everytime an orloff came near them.

Chy also pulled out her favorite OE for a pic or two

Cheyenne was just glamming it up for her photoshoot, mom! Yeah, that's a good excuse.

The rabbit cage is pretty good size so I think it will be perfect when I hatch batches of the BRs our of Rex's group and some of the porcelain and mille fleur d'Anvers in order to sell in the spring. They shouldn't be here very long so this brooder will do nicely to house them for a couple of weeks, as long as the group isn't very large. Well, it really can't be since I have only 3 BR pullets and 3 D'Anver pullets, LOL.

Those rabbit cages are darn useful, and that is great price, Cyn!

Brandon, cheer up! I could send you a 52 year long list ( up till I met DH) of frogs which would curl your hair!!! And talking to Cheyenne would cheer anyone up, that girl is a sweetie.

Love all the chickie pictures!

Beth! So happy I get to see you today!

So far, the Dellie chick has no hock issues.

Seems quite healthy. Been running all over with Nugget when it's warm in the afternoons. It's two weeks old. Kathy, what is the soonest you saw dwarfism in yours back then? This one looks like such a healthy little buggar! If it's male, it most likely won't be well colored, since Georgie's sons are often way too dark. Her daughters, however, are very, very nice.

Actually Cyn we were getting ready to go to town and heaven forbid she is seen by a friend without her makeup LMAO

I got three pics of the white bird...one I posted, 1 as his butt went out the door and 1 through the screen door...the Tiny Terrorist was inside the coop with him and every time I tried to get a picture she came charging over. I find it is not proper etiquette to visit a friend and kill her chicken so I opted to leave the coop. That Terrorist would have gotten slammed off a wall had she flown at my face and attacked so...what else could I do but leave before she got close enough. That chicken is Evil.

Now I would face off with Rex or Ike or the 1 lb menace and cohorts but the terrorist goes for blood and like I said it would be poor etiquette to visit a friend and kill her chicken. LOL Heck I would face off with Suede if he had mean bone in his body before I trusted that terrorist.

There is no preparing for Tiny except boiling water and a sharp axe. That girl is something else.
