I am hopelessly behind on all of the goings on here in SDWD Land!
Would anyone care to encapsulate the last fortnight of days [12 if you're counting] or so, and bring me up to speed. Did I hear rumor right? Beth won with one of her Del pullets at Crossroads!?!? Way to go BETH!!!
Cyn, how is Smokey doing? I just don't have the time to go back through nearly 2 weeks of posts. My sincere apologies in not being here through a time of need. I so hope and pray that she is still with us and recovering well. How is the Tiny Terrorist? Is she still trying to flog her daddy? And is Nugget still protecting him? Gotta love that Nugget!

Poor little babies! They don't stand a chance against such brutal predators! Hope your predator patrol can do something about those hawks right soon!
There are those who will say that they are only doing what hawks do. Phooey on that! The only good hawk is a dead hawk, says I!
Well kids, things continue to bump along here at the Blue Feather Farm. The days grow shorter and colder; they're even saying the "S" word in the forecasts around here!
I need more daylight hours in the day to get everything done, and the harder I try, the behinder I get! Hopefully, once we're under a nice blanket of snow, things will slow down to their usual winter's snails pace and I'll have more time to hang out here.
