ummm getting ready to take a hot bath and go to bed...I have to call Insurance company tomorrow to get referred to specialist and then go get it checked out. It is not large, less that 2 cm and the Mayo Clinic says up to 4 cm is considered small, rarely bursts and is just monitored by sonogram and so forth. Now CALM DOWN and don't get me excited woman. I am gonna take care of it...I have my x-ray in hand and am ready to go as soon as I get the name of a doc.
BUT, I am still going to continue on with my life and not sit in an ER for hours on end with no need to do so.
Now, Kathy, medical intervention or not...when it is your time it is your time and nothing is gonna stop that so I refuse to panic over something that MAY or MAY NOT happen and don't get me excited about it...I am keeping calm for DH and Cheyenne and if I need an ER I will rush right over there but until then, I am keeping my faith in my ability to research and know the risks and I am truly not at a high risk at present....I promise and I am not going to do anything stupid or go slinging heavy stuff around. I had DH move some feed bags and so forth for me tonight.
I will keep you posted I promise.
Bear in mind that had it not been for the car accident, the need to see a chiro I would not even know the danged thing was there so I do have an advantage now don't I?
Beth...fixable through surgery only...one of two types of surgery. But they can stay there for years and never get worse or they can gradually get worse or they can flair up and expand until they burst but for now I am good, really. I am staying on top of it I promise.
