I still can't believe that my area has only had an inch of snow so far. It did get pretty cold and windy last night. I have 15 watt bulbs in my water heaters and there was a little bit of ice in the waterers this morning. I may have to change over to 25 watts.

Yes, yes....poor Amy! But not for reasons of weather......

I cleaned the main coop, top to bottom yesterday. It liked to kill me!

I went to bed by about 8:30 or so last night and got maybe 3 hours of sleep total. I think if I could transfer my mind from this body and into another, I'd do it in a heart beat! I'd even settle for the body of a 90 year old, so long as it was healthy! Dear merciful heaven! Somebody stick a fork in my butt and turn me over. I think I'm DONE! Pain! Pain! Pain! Pain! Pain! Owwy! Owwy! Owwy!!

What's that old saying? "Some days you are the windshield. Some days you are the bug!" Yes! I fully identify with the bug, now! I think the windshield I hit belongs to that of a Mac truck going 90 mph!

Oh yeah...and the weather sucks too!

Can you take anything for pain?
It's snowing here but it isn't going to stay around.

Woke with a slight headache today. Taking it relatively easy, working on quilt projects. It was 20 degrees this morning, much colder than predicted. Brrr!

The Tiny Terrorist has hurt herself somehow. She is limping heavily on her left leg. Noticed it yesterday and it's worse today. I think perhaps Isaac squashed her. She's small anyway and since she's been molting, she's lost some weight so he probably got her leg in a bad position. Tiny is crotchety on a good day, much less when she is in pain. So, she is in the hospital cage over Zane so she doesn't have a rooster to contend with, with lots of hay to snuggle down into to keep warm. Tomorrow, protein and baby aspirin for the little witch.
