I don't read those threads unless forced to do so. I don't even know if something was reported unless I go check for reports on this new system-there is no flag that tells me that new reports are waiting.

Truth be told, I love reading the drama on an internet forum. It's free , very good entertainment to me. Kathy wants/has a good reputation with her breeding birds. Selling culls at big bucks is not something I could see her do.

Oh heavens no...if they are culls and leaving Kathy's place they could find themselves at auction for the dinner table or on her dinner table. Then again, if someone is willing to be a idjet let them...I will sell them a Coch'anver (a breed Cyn and I are going to perfect *snicker*) or Delawegger for $75




I must say I am shocked that I have been ripped off each time I buy eggs and some of them do not hatch or chicks fail to thrive and such..I want refunds NOW

I have an announcement...ahem I went to the doc today and he took a look at my x-ray from Nov. and questioned the aneurysm's size so he took another one and did an ultrasound....guess what? He could not find it on the new film and ultrasound. Soooooo, I think I scared it away with my ingrained bad attitude of "eh whatever" I am going to the gym anyway and going to lift weights anyway so again "eh whatever!". So doc will re-check in a month or so but he could not find it on today's film and ultrasound. Woot!

Well, I have a wee bit of a problem on my hands now, and any advice on how to solve it would be greatly appreciated. Here's the situation:

About a month and a half ago, I removed Ingrid [aka Frog] from the flock for two reasons. 1) she was nearly naked from a hard molt and too many boys around, and 2) she had the biggest bumble on her left foot I've ever seen one of my chickens get. I'm happy to report that both nakedness and bumble have been resolved. The problem is, when I tried to return her to the flock day before yesterday, four of her five sisters tried to beat the crap out of her! And I mean they all ganged up on her! Crap! Crapcrapcrap!!!

So, now what? I'm thinking about putting her in at night and removing Vivian and Tira at the same time, since both of those girls could use some quiet time themselves. Poor Vivian...she's nearly naked as a Jay bird!

Any thoughts y'all have, I'd love to hear them.
