Kathy, those two are absolutely fantastic. I am so enjoying watching them grow up through your videos. I told Bill that are next household purchase is going to be a good video camera and editing software. I love taking videos with my phone around the pens and such. I do it out alot at different events to so a good recorder is in order.

I am heading for Speckledhen's tomorrow am and shall return sometimes with I dunno...20 or so younglings. Yay! My little coch'anvers will be here and there will be pictures and video. Cyn and I have managed to create the perfect designer pocket pet....now to breed them and see what we get.

Bantam Lavender Cochin Princess crossed with Belgian d'Anver males of the Mille Fleur and Porcelain varieties = coch'anvers muahahahahaha They will rule the world with Delawares. Delawares will dominate the things on high and coch'anvers will dominate all things below waist high.

Thanks! Fred and Wilma are entertaining, for sure! My videos are just off my camera. I figure that's good enough. You can research "video editors," and find a few really nice ones. One free download is vReveal, and I really liked it. It is simple and doesn't have a bunch of "extras," but it will "stabilize," your shaky videos really well. I like that feature. I bought a pretty good editor, and am still learning all the features it has. Lots of fun!

Drive carefully, and have lots of fun in Georgia!

One of my broodies is hatching babies...she is so proud. So far we have one baby hatched late on the 25th, one overnight last night and one was pipped at bedtime earlier. Her roommate is due too and both boys, Loki and Mr. Fluffy, are being excellent guardians and babysitters. LOL

Here is proud mama Jet and her firstborn

The Little One who was running around and climbing all over mama, the other broody and both the dads.....heathen already

Cyn, I will be headed out in a few hours...see ya later today! Will call from the road.

Awwww! They're both totally cute LH! Have a safe trip and call me when you get to Cyn's so that I know you made it safe and......well....if it were anyone else I'd say "sound" but...... Have a great time spoiling Cyn & Tom's birds! And give everyone there hugs [and cuddles where appropriate] for me! Bon Voyageeeeee!!!!

On my way to work. Just listening to the local radio channel, and they say tonight 7PM-1AM we have thunderstorms and the chance of baseball sized hail. WHAT???? BASEBALL size?

Five of the next seven days are thunderstorms and tornado watches.

LH, congrats on the new babies. Drive safe and have a wonderful time.

Kathy, stay safe in that weather. They are talking about snow for us tomorrow

Kathy stay safe,
Yes March here was warmmer than April has been. We've had two hard freezes that sadly got my cherries apples and anyone elses fruit around here. I feel even sorrier for the ones who have so much in their orchards. gloria Jean

See Kathy I told you Ike was a Wussy ... Suede would not allow such woman handling by the human child. He did allow her to bring treats and pet him but not pick him up like a baby chicken.

Man, what massive legs on Isaac! Very nice pictures.

Kathy, now Emu videos? You just seem to be enamored with these emus. I like seeing them grow up, they just get bigger and bigger.........

Sad news. My Clarence passed away today. I've been making him these really nice meals for the past few weeks. I hope I did the right thing letting him die on his own without help. He knew he was dying, I could see it in his eyes every day. I think with the Marek's/wasting, they just waste away and always look hungry, but don't eat that much. It's very sad.

So I spent the day cleaning that coop, then spraying everything down with disinfectant, put down new shavings, scrubbed the waterer, and the feed bowl. Then took the Tobunt roo I got in the mail a few months ago, and put him in there. Half the hens were okay, but 2 kept chasing him and pecking him. It was kinda funny. Maybe he'll be nice, LOL. He's very happy not to be alone.
