You can keep that snow, Tim! That is one reason I am happy we moved south. I do not like shoveling snow!

I hope I can get back to some kind of a normal schedule - routine around here soon! I have SOOOO much work to get done!

I have spent the past 5 days at the hospital with Brittney. She had her baby (C-section). Cylis Kane Bonham, 6 lb 11 oz.

Sorry I missed all the goings on around here. I just got back home last night from two plus weeks with my mom. I love her to pieces, but it's sooooo good to be home!!!

I think there is probably something to that notion about being more important to our chickens than we know, Tim. If the way I was mobbed in the coop yesterday is any indication, I was surely missed by all of my babies! And the dog, and the two cats.....The husband? Not so much.

Just kidding! He had a beautiful bouquet of roses waiting for me!

And if you knew my Denny, you'd know how exceptional that is. Only the third time in as many decades! Hopeless romantic he is NOT!

But I love him. I think I'll keep him.

I picked up some seeds for the garden while I was over at moms. Not that I couldn't get them through the internet, mind you. They just happened to be convenient. I wonder how well they're going to do since the TSA insisted they had to go through the X-ray machine and refused to simply inspect them by hand.

It will be interesting to see if being irradiated will have any affect on germination. It will be my luck that nothing sprouts and there goes about $12 worth of seeds!

Well folks, two weeks of abscence and I have a ton of catching up to do everywhere. Hope y'all are doing well and I'll catch up with everyone more later!

OMG! Are you lost? I was quite sure this thread died.

Forgive me for saying it but Speckledhen leaves and everyone goes away. Did she not know the power she held? And she doesn't even keep Delawares.

I feel like that little robot in Wall - E who comes back and scans this thread to see if there is life.

I do miss her, if love were dollars I'd have enough to go and check on her.

I don't keep Dellies, but I come to chat because I like you all!
Sorry about the snow, it was my main reason for moving south.
Cylis, is such a cute baby. You are blessed.
Serrin, can't wait to hear if your seeds germinate. What kind?

I had 8 roos.2 were super loud and continuous for an hour several times a day. I was afraid they would upset the neighbors, since the other 6 are tolerable. So I luckily rehomed them to the stable I keep my horse at. They will have a good time there with the bugs and the horse feed. They know how to roost real high, and the owner wants to build a coop for them and get some chicks.

This is Daryl and his other brother Daryl. (you know where those names came from?)
