lol Just tell him you can eat it later. Supposed to be one of the best tasting turkeys of 2010. In 1971 there was only 6 specimens of the breed left. It almost disappeared.

Brandon...if it gets a name it stays...he knows that and Cheyenne would name it immediately! LOL

I bought the girls their holiday door sign...found it at Dollar Tree and thought it was too cute and it will go with their strings of red and silver sleigh bells...I mean the girls and guys should enjoy the spirit too right?

These are all great pictures folks! Keep 'em coming! I think y'all are a lot better looking than you're giving yourselves credit for! Besides, each of you have that inner beauty that comes from being owned by chickens! Ya can't hide that, no matter how hard you try!

Kathy, I love the two pics of Miss Holly! That's how you should always remember her.

Oh, and go check out my page. The latest installment is done and posted. Still no doors or windows to look at. I'm trying to keep each chapter according to the progress that was made during each spring/summer/fall building season. But just think what you have to look forward to in the next chapter!

It's getting terribly late for me too. And I'm likely going to have to drive Annie to school tomorrow morning as 1) DH is still working on her car and 2) we're getting snow already. She's only had her license since August. I'm not wanting to give her a baptism by fire so to speak for her introduction to driving in snow. There's only about 2.5 inches out there right now, but more is forecasted to come tonight. She has to be at school at the ungodly hour of 6:45 for her zero hour class, which means, with this weather, we'll need to leave no later than a quarter to six.

That in turn means I'll have to be up by 4:00 just to be fully awake!
