GOOOOOD...ummm...afternoon? yeah, that'll work. GOOOOD AFTERNOON Delaware peoples!
Guess who is
NOT having to shovel this morning?! At least not on account of any new snowfall. ME!!!
It finally let up around 10:00 last night. DH didn't come staggering in from snow blowing, ploughing and shoveling until sometime around 11:00
I swear that boy is a regular Energizer Bunny!
Things have actually warmed up to 33F today, but I don't expect that to last. We'll be back into the deep freeze by tomorrow night with temps ranging from low teens to mid twenties. But hey! We broke the 55 year old record for most snow in the month of November!
Old record: 24.7 inches in 1955. New record: 25.9 inches in 2010!! Woohoo!!! I love snow, and I love severe weather! Too bad nobody else out here does.
Tim, were those meal worms supposed to be dead? If not, I'd take that container back for an exchange or full refund! I've never seen
dead meal worms for sale. That just doesn't sound right. What would be the point?
Try some live ones next time. Mine go absolutely berserk over live meal worms. Or any kind of live worm for that matter! OH! The carnage! Makes ya feel sorry for the worm when they get in a tug-o-war over an especially fat and juicy one!
Hey Kathy! Maggie is back in full laying mode now! Second green egg is out there right now, waiting for me to round up an egg carton and bring them all back inside. I sure hope her daughters will lay a green egg too. Otherwise, we're going to be having battles around here over who gets that green egg. Denny and Annie already had a meeting on that very subject just this morning!
I keep telling those two that there's no difference in taste. All of our eggs are AWESOME tasting! But try telling those two that!
It sure are a purty egg though!
OMG Cetawin! She
pouts?!?!
That's just the living end! I wanna see pouting horsey face pictures! I gotta see this to believe it!
Nella, good on you girl! Don't ya just love it when you clear out the clutter! My husband the pack rat would disagree with me, but all clutter does is make things claustrophobic to me! The room looks great. So nice and clean and clutter free!
I could even stay in a room like that!
Anyhow, I do have a bit of shoveling to do yet today. Gotta clear all that snow off of the top of the covered runs. And I need to close off that gable end between the main run and the boys so Maggie will stay put! Poor Chief. He's about to take offense at her constant attempts to visit the boys!
I don't get it either Chief, my dear boy. Why would she want those three hooligans when she's got big, handsome, strapping, gorgeous YOU right there?
Silly woman!
