And yes, I do remember Cosette having that slight greenish/slatey grey tinge to her legs. But she has been outgrowing that every day. Her legs are a nice rich yellow now.
If you must know the truth, I have to see their necks for the most part to know who is who now. The old leg color trick doesn't apply any more!
Cosette's hackles are more penciled than barred, whereas Lisette has more of the Del barring in hers. That and Cosette is just slightly larger than Lisette.
I really need to get out there on the next available sunny day and get some good pictures of them. They're such pretty little goobers. You just wouldn't believe how much they have grown. If my math is correct, they're about 18 and a half weeks old now. Does that sound right? Well, if not, it's pretty darn close. Considering how late it's getting here, and the fact that I completely suck at public math, I think I'm doing pretty darn good!
And on that note, dearest Kathy, and all of my friends and BYC Family, I bid you all goodnight. Must. Get. Sleep. Busy, busy, oh so very terribly busy day tomorrow! Last minute shopping and groceries to purchase in preparation for Christmas! I hope everyone has a safe and pleasant day tomorrow.
