I can't get to the hoop part of the pen without a ladder. It's kind of hard to explain. It is a 6 foot tall pen but the hoop top starts at 4 feet. So there are 2 feet of fencing above where the hoops start. It is because the hoop was added later on and I have never removed the wire. So the wire is keeping the snow from sliding off and also making a barrier so I can't knock it off without being "taller".

It's hard to see the wire. It goes 2 feet up above the where the hoop starts, making it impossible to reach from the ground. The wire is 6 feet tall. And I'm only 5'6! LOL
