I had this whole long spiel I was going to post about Chief and the girls and on and on and on, but between a call from mom, and sis, and best friend now living in New Orleans, I gave up! This is all ya get tonight. I'm heading for bed................

Woke up, usual morning routine in front of the computer from about 6:30 to 8:00 am
Out to take care of chickens by 8:05
Checked on GeeGee, and yes, she's still sitting tight to them eggs! I HAVE A BROODY!!! YAAAY!!!

I just wish she weren't doing this in the middle of winter, darn it!
Worked on the house from around 9:30 to about 1:00
Stopped for lunch
Checked on chickens
Checked messages online
Took a nap from about 3:00 to 5:00
Worked some more on the house
Checked chickens one last time and tucked everyone in for the night.
As previously mentioned, talked on the phone to mom, sis and best friend, total call time:

No clue. Long enough for my battery to go dead talking to Tira.

Heading for bed at a little after 9:00 pm my time. Good night y'all. Have sweet dreams tonight and a great day tomorrow. I'll catch up with y'all later!

Last night I dreamed I had been banned from BYC because Rachel from Friends hacked on my account and spammed up. I woke up in panic! LOL. I'm also planning an order from mcMurray for March... But first I have to sell a dog crate, an Amish egg basket and maybe some old signed hardbacks.

Priorities:
1. Save 1,000 for 'chicken budget'... Need $350 more. Maybe 1,100 at the rate I'm going.
2 order chicks...
3. Buy shed...
4. Buy incubator

Let me share with you all some words of winter wisdom this morning - when caring for friends 200 rabbits - always remember to wear gloves - have you ever picked up a metal food scoop with no gloves when it is 8 degrees out? Ouch . Also never underestimate the accuracy of the very stallion like buck on the upper left -even after being forewarned - " he has good aim and he will get you" -- Knox turns his back ( mind you wearing decent non barn like coat) and promptly gets a nice neck bath with rabbit p!!!! Grrrr ( decent non barn like coat currently in washing machine) grrrrrrr

This will be chapter 6 in city boy moves to country and the adventures there of ---

I'm trying to catch up after being deathly ill yesterday. Had a migraine start about 4 a.m. and then about 8 oclock, the nausea started and I was just wanting to pass out, I felt so bad. Had to go to the emergency room and didn't get home till 3 p.m. Was too drugged to look at a computer screen. Got the usual cocktail of Tordal, Demerol, Benadryl and something else in my IV.

I fight the occasional migraine myself and Dr has given me Migranal to ward them off when I feel them coming. Have you ever tried it? Fortunately I have never had to go to the hospital with them but I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy. So sorry

I used to be on Topamax, lowest dosage, then later, they doubled it, but at the higher dosage, omigosh, the rank sweat it produced was gross. It made me sweat at night and it was like poison was coming out of my pores, so I quit. Guess I'll have to go back on it or get that dissolve under the tongue Maxalt.

I agree there is nothing worse - so sorry - my migraines if i dont "catch" them last about 4 days of misery - hope you get better!
