Scott - that recipe makes 2 - 8" x 8" square cake pan style pans.
I am going to try making a couple larger ones like a 11 x 13 or so, I will let you know if that recipe fills that and/or more.
Amy - the recipe can be changed up so easily for whatever you have on hand. I have added grapeseed oil, flax seed oil, fruit, nuts, fresh berries etc etc...whatever I have on hand as long as the consistency stays the same, it seems to work fine.
