Well, they are either blue or splash, I think! I asked Illia, and she told me this ....

I see a few either blue or splash ones in there as well as some normal black laced red and some darker blue laced red. The ones with the pale, gorgeous blue hues (they look like someone spilled pastel powder on them!) are Splash Laced Wyandottes. There's a blue one with a black head in there, likely a lighter blue. As they continue to feather, simply look for black in the feathers versus splashy white or blue.

This is the odd girl who popped out of that blue egg, a surprise redhead. No one would EVER guess her parentage. I'll never forget saying to Tom, "This baby is red! That can't be, but I just saw it hatch!"

That makes me think of the F2s I will be getting from the project birds. LOOK at all these possibilities!
Barred; Black; Delaware; Split gold/silver males; Buff Columbian; Barred Buff Columbian & Silver Columbian (the last will be pullets)

Those are adorable Kathy! My head is spinning too, though. The only math I can do is chicken math!

Hope that they'll all remain developing. Sorry about the blue orps, though.
