Hmmm, I had to go back on this thread to check!

They are 4 weeks old today. I think they are both girls. What do I call them .... a DelaEgger (or Delawegger)? Or an EasterWare?

I wonder if they will lay green eggs or peachy colored eggs. Maybe I should just box em up and send them to you, Amy. After all, they are Isaac's grandchildren .... and you love Isaac.

OR ...... maybe Beth ..... Hmmmm, I think that box I am sending Alexander in does have a partition in it! I think Mama and babies would fit just fine in there.

(Better than a Turken, huh?)

No! No! NOOOO!!!! Beth is already getting Alexander. Send Mama and the twins to MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!

I have a nifty little barrel coop that all three of them could fit into until the littles are big enough to join the flock. I have two EE pullet/hens that mama girl could hang out with when the time comes. Besides, I'm the Queen of the Mutts! Beth wants to breed Dels. Why burden her with more mutts?!?! Burden MEEEE!!!!

I'll love 'em to pieces! And those two little goobers would look so wonderful mixed in with Evie and Prius, don't you think?

Evie is on the left, Prius on the right, taken about 2 months ago or so.......

Yes, all three of those lovely little birds belong out here, with me and my mob of motley mutts!! Yes! Yes! Yes! They will be doted upon, and loved and cherished! They will receive fresh treats of black plums, scrambled eggs and apple wedges daily. Not to mention more wild bird seed and squash than they can shake a stick at!

Pack them up and ship them out. Just let me know what I owe ya!

And yes, they're far better than a Turken!

Kathy you might as well give in and send em to her. She is the Queen of Mutts and it is only fair homage to give the mutts to her.

Didn't turn out all too terribly pretty but it sure is functional......each bunny gets 2x4 feet of space....they each have a hammock as well, but Monroe the light bunny chewed his up and so I am going to get a new one made before putting them in there.

Janelle, I like it. Did you build a droppings pan for it? That makes it perfect!

For any of your curious, there is a picture of my handsome husband in uniform here (you may have to refresh the page to get to the picture of a formation and everyone saluting)

http://goarmycadets.com/

He is the green beret

well both foals are done, sporting new halters and have been properly soothed after their first vaccinations and the trauma of the awful needle. I will take them a treat tonight when I feed them. They were good girls.

So, now what? Laundry, breakfast dishes, giving Lancelot and Ebony their medicine and play with chickens.

No droppings pan needed, both bunnies are litter box trained

The litterboxes are in the back left of each cage.

Okay, which one is your hubby? I worked hard to find that saluting picture....is he the one with the mustache?

Cetawin, which picture? I must be clicking on the wrong thing!

Those foals will forgive and forget, especially if you have treats in your hand and don't go near those little poked butts for a day or two. I used to dread baby shots worse than anything-

Nella, I really love that rabbit complex. I want buns and ducks one of these years, but have to spring things slowly on the DH. He thinks we have enough with what we have. HA!!!! Silly man.
