You did fine for your first hatch, Nick. There is a definite learning curve to it. Even experienced hatchers sometimes have really bad hatches because there are so many variables: parent stock's health, shell quality of the eggs themselves, shipping damage, incubator issues, wrong instrument readings, etc, etc. Your hatch was actually okay for shipped eggs and your first time incubating!
