Zane was out in the yard for a change of scenery late today. When I went to get him back into his cage, less than three feet from him was a wild animal! Not one single chicken was alarming, either! Zane was almost eaten by a huge scary rabbit!

I swear, I think that rabbit must be insinuating himself into the flock somehow because not one rooster, not one hen, set up any alarm call, not even Zane did!

I know! I feel awful! What if it was a Zombie Vampire Wabbit? Them's the worst!

When it saw me coming, it ran behind Suede's pen and on down past Rex's and Shelby chased it till she ran into her fence, LOL.
