Search results look strange

The first picture is the one that the search result page looks crazy.

2nd photo, if I click search forums, it goes to the crazy screen from the beginning before I search any terms.

But of the links you posted, the 2nd link worked fine.

Ok, so a little more clarification on my behalf:

Anytime I'm searching forums, by any means on the site, it goes to the wordy page.

However, if I hit the article drop down page and search articles all is well. I can even get results in the normal fashion that way.

Galaxy S10, newest software upgrade, Google Chrome browser up to date, cleared all browsing data (cookies, cache, history), restarted my phone.
