Babies from Kim! I am not one of those people that puts birds on blankets for pics, but my little guy was home sick today and wanted to hold them.







And my others in the brooder. I use pine shavings and stock tanks for "in the house" babies. We live in a barn, so it seems appropriate.

Hey Shellie -- NICE setup and babies. But I'm really lovin that grey saddleback on the left in the bottom picture. What is the breeding?? He's not one of mine from eggs is he?

Amy, YaY for new baby geese! Hope the little one feels better soon.

Kim, thanks, love our brooders and need to build two more for next year. that little boy happens to be a grey saddleback Pomeranian. He now lives in Montana with 4 other goslings we shipped out with him.

I do have two lovely saddlebacks in the yard though. Will take their pictures tonight and share.

No the grey SB are from Pricilla. We still have the one that appears buff or buff SB from you. Then there is the first American it is female and a lavender ice, the second is a very dark blue gander.

The new goslings we got are various colors. 2 for sure buffs and very dark, 1 maybe a blue, 2 appear grey SB, 2 might be splash and marked generously, then we have a number that could be light buffs or maybe lavender. Hoping the grey SB are m/f, if two males not sure we will keep both.

Then there are the peaches grey goslings and buff/lilac goslings.

I'd like to know too! I have one similar to 3 of them that is possibly splash. What's that one with the splotchy head?

The breeder sold these as whites out of whites.... No other color was introduced... So they all should be white... but they are sold as straight run.... ummm I need to know the gender ratio. Anybody in the know please.. tell me what you see.. lol I won't be mad... I promise and I don't bite either.. haha
