If you keep taking them she will just keep laying. I just collect them and incubate them. That will give you more chances at more goslings. That keeps them in better cotdition also incase you want to show her also

I usually sell hatching eggs and started birds. I don't ship my goslings.
I try to grow out as many birds as I can each year so I can keep the best for breeding.
Are you selling hatching eggs now or anytime soon or do you know of a good breeder who's selling eggs or goslings? I've wanted Sebastopols for a couple years and each season it seems I wait until it's too late! I thought if I started looking in Feb this year I would be OK.
