So here is my next question...other than having them as pets...what do you do with them? I know my girl is a pet but why do other people keep them?

I know that I enjoy mine as pets and lawn mowres but also just love watching them and the funny things they do. Like running across the lawn with their wings out looking like GODS angels! They come and talk to me. I enjoy the goslings so much before they go to their new homes. In general just love them as my friends too!!!

Thank you again for your help. My heart has been stolen and I am questioning if I will ever raise another chicken or duck. Geese have an amazing personality. They give back so much!
