All of them are from Metzers? Did you try to contact them to let them know? While none of those issues are the same, I truly find it hard to believe they would have issues of that extent with each and every one of those breeds.I ordered 10 goslings from Metzer's this spring.I wish I never would have as four have issues severe enough that I cannot sell them as pairs or breed. My little Pilgrim girl is adorable but at 4 months old is the size of a small duck and has bad breathing problems,an American Buff arrived with a marble size lump on his face which ballooned then gradually went down but it caused damage to his face and that one also occasionally goes in circles has a fit and falls over. Then we have a Tufted Roman and a White Chinese with deformed legs that arrived that way.The Brown Chinese have horrible mottled knobs growing and just don't look right.I don't know If they have inbred their geese to this stage or what but I've heard of several people that have had very poor goslings from them. One lady simply had hers put to sleep...Pity I didn't find all that out before I ordered....
Sounds like possibly respiratory issues with the bird who has breathing issues. Also the one with lumps on his face (nasal infection?). If these happened at a young age, it can certainly stunt growth which would explain why one is small in size.
The deformed legs sounds like a niacin issue. Maybe overall feed and health was a problem from the start with them? I've seen goslings that have been shipped have leg issues if they get crammed or accidentally stomped in the box during transit so may not be something they had when they were put in the box and sent to you.
Not sure what you mean by the knobs?
