Sebastian, the Sebastopol gosling, loves his daddy...and vice versa! John was the only person who could get Sebastian to stop crying his first few days.

While I was the person who wanted Sebastopols, did the research, and bought and incubated the eggs, John is now totally smitten by Sebbies.

If it was possible, I think John would take Sebastian with him to work. (When Sebastian was super tiny, he used to put him in his shirt pocket.)

Aww, love the pics! Sooo cute! My husband is like that.....but he will deny it! For example, he'll say he hates the dogs, but then I catch him talking baby talk to them and giving them treats! And they "hated K-9s" are always sitting on his lap when he's watching TV....

I tell him how nice and sweet he is, and he says "Stop cursing at me Woman! I am not sweet OR nice!"

Very cute pics! I'd love to bring my goslings inside but I fear the mess, and I fear that our pit bull would be way too interested in them. He already loves to sit in front of the chicken coop and watch "Chick TV." Our border collie is great with them though, and won't let River (the pit) come near any of our birds.

I lived in Saint Paul for a bit, but couldn't handle being without my birds. Lol
