are they nice?

Nice page on Pippa! I have two golden Sebrights, and their personalities seem similiar to Pippa's. They interact well with the others (both bantams and standards), are not fearful but also not overly affectionate. They love to fly up onto my arm and sit awhile, but would rather not sit for petting. They are fun, easy going birds, and are fairly quiet. They don't need anymore room than other bantams, but make sure your run is covered because mine are great flyers!

I have 4, 2 roos and 2 pullets, that are about 24 weeks old.
The roosters are very friendly, will come right up to you, but don't like to be picked up.
The pullets are a little more skittish, one is worse than the other, but they are all friendly and got along well with the others before I put them in their own area.
They "chat" quite a lot but are not noisy.
The roosters are very good boys, they will take food from my hand, drop it on the ground and call the girls to come eat.
I've read and heard that they are hard to raise due to poor hatchability, but since mine aren't laying yet, I have no experience yet.
I really like the breed and may order a few more in the spring if I can't get any to hatch.
