That's the thing - I already have two. And this hen is INSEPARABLE from the rooster that I bought with her. This is the pair that's in my avatar.
They are adorable!

Hey! Quick question, for a cockrel they have the bright red combs and the pullets do not correct? I have a golden seabright that has what is looking like a flat-ish bright red comb. I will post a picture tomorrow, but I do have some pics on my profile that are about 1-2 weeks old. I love my goldie (or blackie as my kids call him/her) I am not familiar with this breed at all. I have 3 leghorns, and 3 red sex links, and then one bantam (not sure specifics from that one). I'm still new to chickens.
If it is a he, will he try to breed with my other girls? ( I could only imagine what they would look like!! HAHA)

Actually either gender can have a red or dark comb (dark is called gypsy comb) and if you have a rooster I'm sure he'll try to mate your hens even if their 2 or 3 times his size. Mine is a little timid though.

Oh no I didn't know this. If mine is a roo I am going to have all kinds of funky looking chickens!

Here is my little blackie (as my boys call him/her) s/he cut their beak on the fence :( But here is as good of a picture as I could get, so thoughts? Is this a little man or a little lady? S/he is aprox 8 weeks old too

Thats ok :) When I was out there taking pictures of his face, his feathers were going between purple and teal. I'm not in for the showing or breeding aspect, just like to have chickens! So do I have to worry about him getting with my leghorns and red sex links? lol I also have a little golden bantam, so that might be more of a possibility huh?
