Sebrights?

My straight run pair of 2 week old silver sebrights are very unique personality wise compared to the other chicks I've raised so far. They are very cautious and alert, intelligent seeming. They get nervous easily but also go limp in my hands. They're a strange mix of vulnerable and feisty. My baby roo goes after my week old guinea keet sometimes, like when they first met he was all over him if the keet frolicked (keets frolick, they don't walk lol) too close to his sister. The keet was actually bigger than the sebrights by 3 days old so I wasn't too worried but I was impressed at my tiny little roosters spunk. He's the tiniest of them all but he has a big ego, which is funny because he also hides his head under his sister when he gets scared, his butt still in the air. I am hyper vigilant about them because people say they're so weak and fragile, I seriously spend so much time watching and coddling them. So far so good, I tried not to get attached yet but the keet has made them much less nervous and afraid of me so now they are melting my heart. They are the cutest chicks I've seen, they look like porcelain angel babies with those black doll eyes. They are crybabies who cry for their mommy (me) a lot when they're scared or want their way, and if I let them they would sleep like rag dolls snuggled into a scarf around my neck all day. They don't love being handled but they love being cuddled up in my hands or against my skin. They are definitely delicate but they hold their own and stand up for themselves already, I've never had any chick fight with anyone at all until this sebright lol.
I personally believe it's best to take extra special care of sebrights and bantams in general despite what some people say about them just being smaller. Smaller does mean more fragile, my roo is still not great at balancing when perched or grooming his backside, and they both have issues with poop sticking to their butts no matter what I do it's like a mechanical issue, like maybe too low to the ground to clear their poop? I give them extras like egg, oatmeal, acv in water, chick grit and mealworms I break up, for protein. I'm new at chicks but I felt like they were weak when I got them at the store, too stressful for sebright chicks in a busy rural king, and they seemed to blossom after a few days. Adding the keet really livened them up and made them more confident, they don't even fear my hand now (the mealworms helped also) .
They are the most exquisite creatures, who knew chickens could be so elegant? But if you're like me you'll be on pins and needles til they grow up wondering why people say they're so hard to raise to adults, not being able to discern whether they are indeed more feeble than other chicks or if that's in your head from their reputation. Make sure you have lots of free time! Lol.
