Second chicken to die

we had a chicken suddenly die about three weeks ago. We don't know if it was old age or what. Today another one is just sitting there, she vomited (they vomit?) and is sitting still in the nest box because the others are pecking at her. What can make a chicken die so suddenly?

she just passed away. I find it strange that with no cause she gets sick and dies in two days. The other three are fine. At least I hope so.
