What is the age?

It isn't old enough for true gender feathers to be coming in on the saddle yet.

According to feather pattern, that Silver Laced Wyandotte is a pullet thus far.
Could you explain the feather pattern please? I have another SLW that's making me wonder also. The two of them are somewhere between 8-10 weeks. Thank you!

In laced breeds (except Seabright) the females keep nice lacing while the males will get more of a wide bar on top if their shoulder...

See how the dark part of the lacing disappears on the wing top?

At that age... comb and waddle color also indicate female on your one in question from what I could see since they are kinda dark. The Wyandotte male chicks have not hidden their colors for very long at all in my experience. They get loud red combs and waddles, usually close to 6 weeks of age.

Feel free to post more pics on your other one in question.

Of course hatchery quality can vary quite wildly, and I have seen hatchery pullets without clear lacing... but it's usually a good clue.

Personally, I don't think it's very reliable to go off the males having the white splotches on the wings. Because, not all of them do. Especially with hatchery stock. Here are just 2 examples. See, the lacing goes all the way up on the wing:

I also agree, there's nothing screaming cockerel as of yet on your beautiful baby. :) Nice, even pattern thus far. In fact, I'm leaning towards pullet.

No, not all line up with this general principle, but it still occurs often enough to be taken seriously. Hatchery stock isn't always as pathetic as some think.
