If it can help anyone in the future, I have a short video of the unresponsive peep. It won't eat, won't drink, it just sleeps and I know death is on its way..but I don't have the heart to cull, I can't kill I living thing.

Thank you very much, but I'm sad to report its passed..little fighter to, we finally had to stop its misery ourselves and by god that was hard, but its no longer in pain. We think it had wry neck, but it was far too late to save.
