I don't really know what else to suggest, as there are no issues with the certificate, and the date is now corrected, as we include the new / updated root certificate.

Would it be possible that ads that have cert issues are causing this?

If so, can a user do anything to get the details of the specific ad for us to report it?

Honestly, no idea. I doubt it, because it's telling them BYC is insecure, and not a different domain.
