She is well. Her leg is not. However she scoots around to her water and food.

She is very cute!!
On her leg, is her leg dislocated from the hip or broken or something? In your video of her swimming that didn't look very good. I don't think it's diet related, but I guess there is a possibility, that considering she doesn't grow at a normal rate, maybe she's not adsorbing the vitamins she needs?
