Here are my 5 EE/Ameraucanas from week 1 to week 4. Photos were taken once a week.

Just take lots of photos. It's amazing how quickly they grow! I noticed changes in mine overnight when they were between 1 and 3 weeks old. Mine have slowed down their growth, but luckily I should have some new ones hatching this coming weekend!

What kind of chicks are you getting and when do they arrive?

The setup is easy. 4 pieces of foam board. One for the floor, 3 for walls. The pieces I have are clipped together so they unfold into the walls. I use an external flash, but I've used the one on my camera too. A few of the shots taken today had no flash. I setup everything outside so I used natural light instead.

They are coming on/around august 4th. I plan on taking tons of pictures. I only have a couple not-very-good pics of my hen when she was a chick, and I regret it.

I definetly don't want to make that same mistake.
