Seeking foundation quality Red Sussex *or* White Sussex . No Lights

Hi ,
Seeking in US or Canada. Am wanting to start flock which will be closed for line-breeding. No crossbreeding with other breeds. Color will be kept in separate pens.

To my knowledge no light or white sussex exist in the United States or Canada.

The only source I know of for red Sussex is Sandhill Preservation. I don't think white Sussex can be found in the US.

Red Sussex can be found in Sandhill as she mentioned above. I am not impressed with them but they are working on it even it has been five years ago. I had one that had yellow legs and the other one had white legs.

I have some from sandhill some had speckles.

Thank you all for your help. I have some started Light Sussex from non-Australian lines
coming this Spring. I think this will be a good color with which I can work.
