Seeking help with breed and gender id

These two cuties were purchased from TSC as day olds. They were marked as a Sapphire Gem pullet and a Plymouth Blue pullet. I think that “Birdie” is a Sapphire Gem pullet and “Lillie” is an Easter Egger; I’m just not sure of the sex. What do you think?
