Seemingly healthy girl not laying

My Rhode island red seems healthy, eats well, acts normal. Quit laying a few weeks ago. Isn't moultung. Has laid a couple of undeveloped eggs in the last couple of weeks, and I can't really even call them eggs. They looked strange and had like a tail on them so to speak. I let them out occasionally to graze, the other chickens eggs are normal. Gave them some electrolytes to drink this week . No obvious signs of illness . Tks

What all and how exactly are you feeding?
Other birds laying well?

Bird might be 2 or 3. One other the same species lays well. I have only one other, white one that hardly lays. I feed layer pellets all the time. I have fed sum shelled corn, sum times leftover rice. I quit that a month ago. I'll try & get pic. She laid one good egg this wk, finally. But today had a deflated egg bag. Not shell like. I thought she was back on track.
