Seems a bit small for his age.

He does have access. I just meant I restock his food/water before I go to bed, and constantly through the day. He manages to eat/drink most of it though, before I wake up (but he can't reach into bigger bowls yet.)

Okay good, I am glad, sounds like he has a great appetite that is very encouraging.

His breathing problem I mentioned earlier is getting worse. It was fine earlier today, but this video shows his current condition. There is no weezing noise and he is still acting perfectly normal, but this.

The video should be uploaded in about 15 minutes from this post. I'm just going to go lay down with him for a bit while it uploads.

I'm stumped, it could be a genetic problem, we had a duckling hatch once that seemed prefect then about 2 weeks of age she started breathing like your duckling, then it progressed till she was hardly walking but she had grown and had feathered in too. Just didn't have much strength, till one day we decided she must have a heart problem and my dh was going to put her down, but she passed away before he had too[thank goodness] now I'm not telling you this because I think your duckling is getting ready to die, but they can be born with problems that are internal, heart, lungs etc that we can't see and decline slowly, just wanting you to be aware if you do see a change for the worse. Give the little one all it needs in TLC and hopefully what ever it is he'll grow out of it. If it's eating and doing all things ducky then I'd say he has a fighting chance. When he's with you does he seem stressed or does he feel relaxed and calm? the only reason I'm asking is sometime open mouth breathing can be from stress. but if he's use to you handling him then thats probably not it. Please give updates like you are. Thanks. okay looked at the video for the 3rd time, the head shaking at the beginning was minor but does it do this often? when it eats is it drinking water too? the reason is they can get feed stuck in their throats. I have seen mine eat their crumbles and cough because they have gotten it down into their throats then they'll shake their heads, run for water and then be okay.

The feed did get stuck, thank god it was just that. I was worried about a gapeworm or something. Reading into every symptom of every problem with respiratory problems for ducks. None of them fit, so I gave him a warm bath again and sure enough, and large sneeze of food. He was still breathing weird, so I just gave him some tuna, still in water, and ta-da! He was all better.

As for all the other questions:

Yes, he is relaxed with me. No, he doesn't shake his head often (unless I ask him a question and he is saying no, which is a brand new thing he started to do.) I do believe he is a runt, and I think he may have a seeing problem. And he drinks a lot of water when he eats. =]

Thank you for the help. This scared me and my boyfriend to where Your Highness was even sleeping in our bed last night because of the scare he put us through (until my morning sickness kicked in.)

I am so relieved it was food. okay relax and just enjoy him, I'm sure you were scared and I hope you had pee pads on your bed lol when I asked about shaking his head I was trying to say maybe it was some food ,and it was yay!! got it out and he's okay now. most ducks drink alot of water when they eat they literally wash their food down. Sorry about the morning sickness you'll have to go somewhere else for help with that lol. except ginger drink ginger tea it will help. let us know how Your Highness is doing please.
