I have contacted her and asked question's about the stock I bought she kinda avoided my main questions and gave me a line that " the splaah markings are something all breeder have delt with since the begining". Being on this message board I know better.

Jen and I have been pming to each other I think the breeder doesn't know what they are doing or just don't care.

AHHH how could a person not care about their reputation?? I dont get people sometimes-it's sad and Im sorry Jen:-( And Trish too...

I can tell you by visually looking at the pics of Jens birds, and I am sure that is what your's look like, that you both have split Lavender offspring. Breeding Splash and Blue to Lavenders are harder to breed. It's harder to tell if they are lavender's or will get spots and probably only splits.

You can breed them together and get Lavender offspring, but they should have never been sold as Lavender's. You should get 25% Lavender Offspring.

Sure she is avoiding the question. She knows the answer, just doesn't want to admit to it.

Splash and Lavender are questions for Bren. Which she will tell you, NOT to breed them together, because of these kinds of situations. Breeders that are using them, are not breeding them properly. Selling them as Lavender's, when they have not bred them long enough to get a True Lavender.

I would also think, that she would not want her reputation being trashed, but apparently, she isn't caring to much right now, because she has done this to several people.
