No. All you'll be doing is creating more inferior birds that will carry inferior genes and create even more inferior birds. Red combs and light skin isn't something that you can breed to improve. They are there, will always be there, and aren't going to change. As I said, if you are seriously breeding to improve and/or show the variety, red combs and light skin needs to be culled.

If, on the other hand you are just a hobbyist, then breed them until your hearts content and sell them for whatever you can get for them.

Whos going to buy a Lavender with skin color issues?

Sharing some of my Lav babies-- they were not being extremely cooperative and the color is a smidge off in the pic, but hope you enjoy.

I am sooooo depressed! So I FINALLY saved up enough to get some Lav eggs and this morning while I was getting ready for work my dog got her leg tangled in teh cord for my incubator and pulled it off my table!!! ALL of my babies were splattered all over the floor, and my brinsea incubator was broken.

I am now out an incubator, and 8 Lav silkie eggs. I was in tears all morning. Now I have to re-save for more eggs and a new incubator!
