Ok it seems that I have been blessed by the Porcelain God! LOL! I have them popping out like crazy. I finally have a Really nice Cockeral with great Porcelain cover. Usually the cocks have a Lav body with the Porcelain color over the shoulders. This fellow has nice color throughout. He's young but is just starting to fill out!

Here is a pic of an F1 gen Porcelain cock.

But I have been working toward getting the color solid in the gens after that. And finally got a Male ( mostly hatching females, Darn) with a more solid shading over the body like a hens.

They're gorgeous! I'm hatching a lot of porcelains, too, but my males all look like splashes with a tiny bit of buff overlay. My hens look right, but so far not the roos. They're all pretty good type, though.

OMG OMG OMG!!! A light colored chick hatched out of one of my split eggs from ultra1classic! I asked him and he said there are only pure lavs and black splits in the pen

I think I may have hatched my first lav!!! I am at work and the baby is fluffing up now. Does anyone have a pic that compares splash chick to lav chick just to make sure? I am trying not to get too excited but I don't know if I can help it!!!!
