I have some pictures but they are all influenced by the red brooder light. I need to get some in natural light then I'll post see what you all think.

Any insight on the crosses I suggested or is it just too hard to tell with a splash? The only one I know for sure is splash x splash = splash lol

It doesn't stand for anything it was just bold because that was the roo. I took the boldface off

The other roos are a splash and a white I believe.
I really should ask her what the coloration of the hens in the pens are too huh?

Aha I emailed Bobbi and she emailed back super fast she rocks

Merlin's Beard is Splash with Blue and Splash girls
Tarzan is Blue with Splash and Blue girls
Milarky is Blue/Splash with Blue girls
Bolt is White with White girls

Anyhow what I was really wondering was if any of my chicks have a split lav gene what will their babies look like? I'm trying to figure out another color I want. I have one white but I not sure that's the best color to be looking for more of. I got him/because I have a white maltese names "Cricket" and I wanted a white silkie to name "Spricket" LOL
Of course I'd love some self blue chicks but doesn't most everyone lately

Are these roos Lav? I hatched them out of BBS pen but they dont have much spots someone told me they might be lav can that be?

I see you got pictures of my cuties off of the site... I adore Merlin's Beard and I have just started getting very light gorgeous Porcelain chicks from his coop. I have a Blue/Splash girl with him... a couple Black Splits and a Blue that I believe is Split and might be the one the Porcelain is coming from... but I truly think it is one of the other Splash girls... because she was in another coop that Porcelain was coming from... go figure... but the chicks are just gorgeous!!! I hatched some b/b/s eggs I bought off of bidbird.com and got a white pearl and a paint looking splash... AND I got a white boy and a paint looking one out of one of my Blue & Splash coops!!!!!... taking notes

I'm happy with any color as long as the Silkie features are nice.... Now I have a new White boy from a different line without buying one... Life is good.
