good day for my silkies -and I know this may seem small for you bigger showing silkie people ( LOL) but I got 5 out of 5 eggs today from my split girls woo-hoo 2nd time this has happened usually I get 3-4

Brody, what your typical egg collection number at the end of a day???

not with my silkies and from all the missing eggs that I DONT have seems the girls want me to think they stopped laying too to let them out early! brats! I only got 8 eggs today when yesterday when I kept them locked up I got 21! SO you tell me-hidden nest syndrome? I think so--I found 10 yesterday and 20 something last week in a nest in woods! so now I leave them in coops until the majority lays- then let them out....Im not paying to feed them for the raccoons to have the feasts of eggs those suckers are mine!
