Just got an email from Ebay that basically said thank you for reporting, but the person who owns rights to the photo's must report it, to have action taken. Which I know you have.
My hubby had this happen once now he does something to the pics he post that people can't download them and even if they do they are so blown out that you can't tell what they are.
I suggest you look again! there is no picture in my ad. The picture was mistakenly put in by my 6 year old grandaughter, who helps me because I am disabled and she thought she was using my pictures, not pictures from the eggs I bought from another ebayer last year. I don't like to talk about my condition, because I don't feel sorry for myselfbut, when I was younger, I came home from work to find a man in my bedroom, I was attacked, a gun was fired point blank to my hear, I was beaten and kicked repeatedly in the back, head, ribs, etc. I was bound and raped repeatly, set on fire and strangled. How I lived through it was a mericle, but I had to have surgeries and a historectomy. I still have severe nerve damage and do not have full use of my hands or legs, etc and have constant sezures, making it necessacery to drink only by the use of a straw and cannot fully feed myself. In fact, my daughter is typing this for me right now. I bought a camera on ebay and have had many pictures taken and downloadeed onto my 10 yezar old computer, these are the pictures my 6 year old grandaughter thought she was uploading, because they are almost identical to ours. She helps me a lot with the gathering and know what our nests and eggs look like and the pictures looked like ours to her(and me). Due to brain damage during the attack, I am partially blind and cannot move my neck very much. Look, I am not feeling sorry for myself. I thank God for what I do have and what I can do. This is a mistake made by a 6 year old, that I appalogized for over and over again. It was a mistake, and mictakes do happen. Don't you ever make a mistake? What about your Kids? Can you find it in your heart to forgive this child and me, as we had no intentions of "STEALING" anything. She got the pictures I took and the ones sent to me when I bought eggs mixed up. No one is perfect, except our Lord & Savior, Jesus Christ, and they crusified him! I am sorry and sickened to my soul about this mistake!
Strange, but there IS a photo up on the listings...still.

Sorry but I don't believe her story...
It's horrific and I sincerely hope it's not true but as a true victim of rape I would never use it to explain this picture fiasco!
She stole and now she wants people to feel sorry for her. Well boo hoo!
I've just read through this entire thread and her blatant theft of multiple farm's pictures makes me sick.
I'm glad the 1 buyer was able to get a refund and I hope that Gary Farms gets justice. I'm thankful that there are so many people on here that are willing to stand for what is right. I've sold on ebay (never eggs) and have always been 100% honest (to a fault sometimes) and really expect everyone else to be as well...guess this proves that you need to be very cautious in buying online and in protecting your pictures.
Thank you OP for shedding light onto this serious subject.
Who tells a random person on the web about being abused and raped at a young age? To me, that is really weird. Even if it's true, well I'm sorry to her, but it's not like anyone knew this. No need to get fired up. There IS still a photo on the auction, so she's lying about that. I have many six year olds in my neighborhood, who can't even read! I would be very surprised if this kid does her image uploading on eBay. If she is this disabled, than I wonder how she takes care of her birds and sends eggs. Weird.
Funny, that letter was nothing like another one posted where when told she stole the photos she said you couldn't steal photo and she graduated from high school. Please, don't be fooled by this story because that's all it is. I ran a loan company years ago and you would not believe the stories folks told, many that I knew for a fact were not true, but they were every bit as creative as this ladies story and like her they only used them when being called out on something.
Scammers are like this, anything it takes to try to smooth things over they will do, any story they need to tell they'll tell. On good decent, honest, caring folks these stories often have the desired effect. They wonder if the story is true...they see the teller as a victim who knows no better. Trust me, her story is bogus. I looked through her auctions, at her misinformation, her explanations for things, she's a fraud all the way around.
I've known people before who have suffered horrors we can't imagine and never did that come into play for any reason. Most people who knew them would never know the awful truth. They worked hard to overcome their past and never wanted it to color the present, let alone use it to garner sympathy or excuse their behavior.
Also, no offense to most 6 year olds, but not TOO many can easily upload photos without someone showing them exactly how every time. Let me get this straight. Now this woman is nearly deaf, physically disabled and can't type, has a "twitch", can't see too good, brain damage, etc...
While I will certainly pray for her if this is all true, I must ask how in the world she takes care of ANYTHING?? Chickens, grandkids, ???
