Selling across state lines? North Carolina

Hello everyone.

I'm kinda new here and have a question about selling birds across state lines. I'm in Western NC and about 40 minutes from
GA and TN. The law states that I can't sell birds across state lines. I know that tyson sells their birds across state lines somehow. Does anyone know of a loophole to get around that, or how Tyson gets around it? I'm guessing that they have a lobby of some sort and some kind of contracts that may get them past the law. Any thoughts? Thanks!

I thought you could sell if the flock was NPIP tested clean... I don't know for sure, though.

It also hinges on the state that they are being imported to. Here's some reading for you - check your applicable states and the states they would be moving through.
